You are at a civil contractor delivering a Transport project. Have they offered your next project or are you waiting in the hope that they land something before considering options?
Major projects are getting ‘scarce’ for many contractors in Sydney Metropolitan for the next few years. The $100-$400 million space is buoyant however, with Transport sending out EOI’s and invitations to tender moving along nicely.
Whatever your status it can’t hurt to talk about what you could have and where you could be if talks don’t go as planned.
We currently have 6 different Sydney based civil contractors looking for Project Managers and Senior Project Managers for Transport projects paying up to $280k base plus super plus vehicle and TOT ($330k package). Some offer project bonuses, some offer an element of flexibility, and all are focused on Sydney projects.
The mandate is: You are a degree qualified Civil Engineer and have successfully delivered Transport construction projects before.
