You will undertake a comprehensive 2-year rotational program with a focus on continued growth and development. As the Group Engineering Graduate you will:

  • Join a high performing and highly engaged team of industry professionals ready to support your development 
  • Enhance your skills in the fundamentals of Process, Packaging, Design and Implementation Engineering across the Fresh Milk, Powdered Milk, Juice, Foods, Peanuts, Cream Cheese and other related products.
  • Undertake a key role in establishing the Spare Asset Management System across the whole business
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver sustainability and value add projects 
  • Support the team to drive improvements and build best practice capabilities 
  • Develop your understanding of the engineering process to streamline current processes as well as assist in developing new processes for new products 
  • Build relationships within the wider Bega community and develop your understanding of the business structure, key stakeholders and the FMCG industry

Application Checklist

  • You have recently completed a Bachelor or Post Graduate degree in Engineering (various disciplines considered including but not limited to Chemical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical, Mechatronics and Civil (within the last 2 years)
  • You are available to commence fulltime employment from January 2025
  • You have full rights to live and work in Australia
