Salary: $100,484.86 - $110,546.24 (Grade 18) per annum + 3.5% civil liability + 9.5% superannuation.

Randwick City Council is seeking an innovative and experienced person to join our Integrated Transport team. The Coordinator Integrated Transport will assist in coordinating all activities of the traffic engineering staff involved in the delivery of the transport function for Council.

To be considered for this unique opportunity you must meet the essential criteria:

• Tertiary degree in Civil Engineering or a Transport related discipline; with demonstrated relevant  experience, or, Extensive relevant experience in the Transport / Traffic Engineering area.
• Proven ability to make consistent decisions within a limited time scale.
• Proven ability to consistently lead and motivate people.
• Proven ability to control a number of projects simultaneously to ensure resources are managed appropriately and in a fiscally sound manner.
• High level computer literacy, particularly Microsoft packages.
• Class C (or higher) Driver’s Licence.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proven ability to work as part of a team.
• Demonstrated ability of being self-motivated and showing initiative in the delegated areas of responsibility.
